HR job in BPO after BCA, MBA (HR) and 1 year BPO experience?
Hi
I have done B.C.A.after that i have done 1 year job in BPO as C.S.A.now i am persuing MBA.i am choosing H.R specialization,Please suggest me whether i will be able to get H.R JOB in BPO ?and what i have to do to improve my skills to get good job?

i hv done my MBA with dual specialization Marketing-Finance. i hv got an offer latter from IBM global process. for first 18 month i will be on calling and after that via iJP process i can be transferred in HR or finance or will be promoted. is it good to join this ? and plz tell me is there any kind of affect on body while working in voice?

i have done PGPM (hr) after bca and generally interviewer asked that "what is answer for (why you have chosen hr after bca)?" so please tell me the answer... thank you
