I have completed my engineering but have 2 years gap through the course i didnt get in campus placement due to obvious reasons its been 5 years since i completed my degree but still i couldn't land a job, nor could i go for higher degree(i have finance tight, so its kinda tough). My credentials are
10th-85%
12th-50%(flunked a subject , but cleared it in supplies)
engineering-50%(2 years gap, of 30 backlogs which are all cleared)
will i ever get a job??if no, what other field can i try to get job..should i try study ?? can any univ accept these marks .

You can definitely get a job even if you having any backlog. The only thing is that you have to clear it before getting any placement.

There are some companies that also give you some time to clear the backlog after the selection.

The candidate should have good communication skills.
Knowledge of MS-Excel, MS-Word is also required.
