No, you are not eligible for MindTree recruitment exam because your 12th standard marks is below 60%.

MindTree is a reputed multinational company.

Required percentage of marks throughout the studies for MindTree is,

MindTree= 60%

You should not have any pending backlogs.

Candidates having more than two years gap throughout the studies are not eligible for MindTree recruitment.
