Eligibility to get BPO job for a candidate who has secured 82% in 10th, 92% in 12th and 55% till BBM 4th semester?


Hello
I am a bbm student undergoing 5th sem.
my 10th mark is 82%, 12 is 92%, UG 55% upto 4th sem.
can i get jobs in any bpo?????
please let me know immediately

ELIGIBILITY FOR BPO BASED JOBS:

Yes, you are eligible to apply for BPO based jobs. The common eligibility criteria asked for BPO jobs are as follows,

-> Degree completion with no backlogs.

-> Good communication skills.

-> Flexible to work in night shifts.

In some of the BPO companies even with backlogs you can apply for UG degree completion. They just look into two key things which is 1) Good communication skills 2) Flexible to work in night shifts.

So, if you are ok with the above two points then for sure you can get the job in BPO companies in no time.. Just start applying for the jobs from the leading online job portals and you will be called back to attend the interview.

Personal advice to you will be never settle for BPO jobs because if you are not able to grow then your work-life balance will be very hard. If you are planning to join the BPO jobs anyway then make sure that you work hard and prove yourself from the beginning in order to grow in your career path..
