Yes it has been observed that after joining viesta wipro, the candidates are observed for the endeavors as well as some appraisal. So, you must be proactive right from the beginning as this is the opportunity by which you can have a very good impression on your trainer as well as your manager.

Everytime you are in observation either by manager or by any of the observation.
So, it is better for you to be alert and do your work as expected and more over good will matters.
