It will be better for you to give the improvement exam and retake your 12th board one more time. Right now you are having opportunity to improve your marks and this is the biggest opportunity as of now, because to be eligible for any MNC you must have minimum of 60%+ in your 10th, 12th and Graduation. Without this you won't get good career option.
