Discuss fully placement procedure
Concept of services administration and placement alternative. I am a new hr job trainee help me.

The fully placement procedure for the service administration is mentioned below.
And one more thing i would like to say you here.
The procedure which i am mentioning it here is similar for all service administration:

1. You need to write online entrance test.
2. Once you clear the entrance test, then you have to go through group discussion.
3. After you clear the group discussion, you will have to go through the technical
interview.
4. After qualifying the technical interview, you have to go through last and the final
round, which is called HR Round. And if you are successful in this round, it means
you are inside the company.

And the most difficult round is HR Round, although it seems to be very easy which facing but actually it is very hard to qualify.
