How salary in Cruise line job

We are not getting it, what you actually wanted to ask me. As it is not getting clear from your statement. Although we came to know that you are asking about salary and all. So, let me tell you that the salary for the fresher is minimum till the probation period and after the completion of the probation period it get to increment till the actual one.

So, for the first 3 months you will be given training with stipend and then for next 9 month you will be given on job training with same stipend.

After completion of 1 year you will be made permanent.

What actual stipend give to the freshers in specific department as like F&B Services

AS PER NOW MY AGE IS 21.....
I AM WORKING IN A 2 STAR HOTEL AND GATHERING SOME EXPERIENCE...AS STEWARD FRONT DESK AS WELL.....
I AM PLANING FOR DIPLOMA IN HOTEL MANAGEMENT...
I SAW THE SALARY STRUCTER IS A BIT LOW FOR DIPLOMA HOLDERS COMPARED TO DEGREE.
ALL I HAVE DOUBT IS AFETR COMPLETING IT TRAINING AND ALSO AFTER COMPLETING 1 YEAR CAN I JOIN DIRECTLY JOIN CRUISE LINE OR I HAVE TO DO CCMC COURSE AND THEN GIVE SOME COMMISSION TO THE AGENT AND THEN MIGHT SOMETHING CAN HAPEEN???????????
I CANT AFFORD TO GET MYSELF DEGREE....
