GD topics for ICICI PO recruitment:-

Should India have dictatorship?

Is India still a secular state?

Reforms in Indian education system.

Is quality a myth in India?

Indian Villages are our strength or weakness.

We don't learn from history, we repeat it.

Interview questions:-

1. Introduce yourself.

2. What are your greatest strengths?

3. What are your greatest weaknesses?

4. Why do you want to work at our company?

5. Out of all the candidates that we have interviewed, why should we choose you only?

6. Tell us about the skills which are required for this position?

7. Can you work under pressure?

8. Are You Comfortable Working In A Team?

The GD and PI for the Bank interview will be very basic but it will be very Tough Round. In GD your Communication Skill and your Presence of mind along-with your body Language is examined. And in PI your family background and your Education and all the basic things will be asked. You must be Straight forward and honest during your PI.
