Candidates after completion of B.Tech ECE course can apply for jobs in MNCs. Those who have scored over 60% marks in 10th, 12th and B.Tech can apply for a job in MNCs. The candidates will be selected in the MNCs through Campus or Off-Campus interviews. The selection process consists of written aptitude test, technical interview, and hr interview. You have to prepare well to clear the aptitude test and technical interview. The list of vacancies is given below;

To get a job in MNC after completion of your ECE course from Pallavan College of Engineering, you should have good subject knowledge regarding the job for which you would like to apply for in MNC. You should also have good communication skills, analytical skills and programming skills to get a job in MNC. There are no particular fixed vacancies in MNCs, the recruitment process will be going on throughout the year in all the MNCs.

as you said that you did ECE and have completed it.
So I must suggest you to search for big companies such as Wipro, Cisco which gives great packages to its candidates but you`ll need to crack their tough test and interviews first.
So just have a pause, prepare for the exam and interview well and then give it a shot and I am sure you`ll crack it.

-Look for open position
-Preapre CV and cover letter, ask experienced persons to review it
-Apply for open positions.

You can also ask your friends working in other MNCs for refferal.
