Dear friends, I came to know that there are tough rounds schedule in the interview of Genpact Gurgaon for the post of Process Associate. I don’t know much more about this round. Can I know about this round? Please help me to know about the rounds asap.

Genpact Gurgaon Process Associate interview consists of following rounds;

1. Communication Test (consists of reading out sentences, repeating sentences, speaking on some topic for 45-60 seconds)

2. iSpeak Round (Grammar, punctuation, thought process, fluency, sound swap is ckecked)

3. Managerial Round (Stability, alignment to process requirement is checked)

Candidates have to qualify all the rounds to become a Process Associate in Genpact Gurgaon .
