Number of Rounds there in Virtusa Off-Campus Drive:

Virtusa Off-Campus drive consists of total number of 4 rounds. They are,

>> Aptitude Test

>> Technical Interview

>> Group Discussion

>> HR Interview

Eligibility Criteria:

>> Candidates from B.Tech (CS, IT, ECE, Electrical) students are eligible to apply for this Virtusa Off Campus Drive.

>> Candidates must have obtained minimum of 65% marks to be eligible.

There are four round in Virtusa off campus recruitment-

Aptitude Test
Technical Interview
Group Discussion
HR Interview

Virtusa is a reputed multinational company.

Required percentage of marks throughout the studies for Virtusa is,

Virtusa= 60%

Candidates having more than two years gap throughout the studies are not eligible for Virtusa recruitment.

Pattern for Virtusa written test:-

1. Quantitative /analytical reasoning (20 questions)
2. Verbal ability (20 questions)
3. Technical section (10questions)

Hi,

Freshers: Freshers have 3 to 4 rounds only.
1. Written Test
2. Group Discussion(If more members participated in the drive)
3. Technical Discussion
4. Manager & HR Discussion

Aptitude Test: Most companies try to assess a candidate on analytical and decision -making skills. Vocabulary, reading & language skills are checked in the written test to measure your effectiveness in communication.

Technical round:Most of the Questions are Tell me about yourself, your project details, your communication skills, subject knowledge, Tell about you know programming languages.

HR Round: Many students face difficulties, simply because they have not thought about their ambitions and about themselves.
An interviewer generally tests your communication & interpersonal skills, your intelligence, enthusiasm, maturity, flexibility, and leadership skills.

-> You must have secured at least 60% marks in aggregate throughout your career.
-> Those who are studying in the final year of degree course may also apply.

There are basically 4 Round that virtusa take for the hiring of the candidate for the job position :

1. Written test.
2. Technical Round.
3. Group Discussion.
4. HR Round.

So, just prepare for all the round and get selected in the Virtusa.
