First thing you need to do a complete search on the company which you are going to be face. Then you will get an idea about the company products, market and all..

There by you can take a note on the impotanat points, executives of that specific company, Turn over, tie up with any other company, Establishments ...Thus there are lot of aspects you have to looked into.

Finally you should make a details note of the comapny.
