BMW don't schedule a recruitment drive for the candidates openly and most importantly for the fresher not at all. So, if you are a fresher you are not eligible for the recruitment drive at all.

Minimum 3+ years of experience is required.

BMW generally don't conduct campus drive, walk-in and interview and all.
These are the giant companies who do have link with many best consultancy.
And those consultancy use to hire and interview the employee and if the employee fits best to the consultancy standard as well as company standard then only that particular employee is referred to BMW for interview purpose and this is the policy being followed by most of the giant companies.

My son is eager to study automobile engineering but he wants study by diploma and direct 2nd year of BE automobile engineering it's correct.
