I would like to know that if I get the job in SYNTEL as I have applied for the post of Graduate Trainee then what would be my job profile? I don’t know much more about the job profile so I want to know about this.

If you have completed B.E/ B.Tech or MCA from a recognized university. Allowed streams are,
* Information Technology
* Computer Application
* Computer Science..etc.,

You should have secured minimum 60% marks throughout the academics in order to be eligible. You should not have any pending backlogs and maximum of 1 year break in education is allowed.

You should have basic programming concepts and communication skills, reasoning and logical skills. Salary package offered is 3.1 to 3.2 Lakh per annum.
