I know that many candidates visit Abroad for studying many degree courses from India. I just want to know that how many candidates get job there after their course? And does they get extra benefit if working in India?

Getting job does not depend on the degree you had or gave from foreign country or big organization.
getting job is sometimes a matter of Luck but most of the time a matter of hard work, dedication and your talent.

Luck can favor you one time two time but not every time but your hard work, dedication and your talent will always favors you.
SO, don't think in that way. Be optimistic and be yourself.

Those student get the same job with same salary with same benefit.
