Pay scale of Graduate Trainees in Syntel?
Hello, I have completed BTech in this year and I want to attend the Off-Campus Drive of Syntel for Graduate Trainee. I would like to know about the pay scale of this particular post. Can you please let me know about the pay scale asap?

If you are selected for Graduate Trainees in Syntel, you will get around Rs. 3.1 to 3.2 LPA. Candidates who have passed full time BE/BTech (Computer Science / Information Technology) or MCA (Computer Application) from any recognized university are eligible to attend Graduate Trainees recruitment in Syntel. Candidates must have good communication skills in English (written & verbal both) to be eligible.
