I came to know that NIIT Technologies is offering post of Learning Delivery Management. I don't know much more about this post. So, can anyone of you let me know about the roles and responsibilities of this particular post?

>> You are required to conduct mentoring sessions as per the program learning plan.

>> You should mentor the candidates through project based learning and support them to complete the technology based projects within time.

>> You are required to challenge the candidates to take up unsolved problems and work towards the developing solutions.

>> You must groom students to become industry aware. You need to help the candidates to implement software engineering practices like, Test Driven Development, best coding practices, continuous integration, Agile...etc.,

>> You are required to impart technical education to the candidates through structured NIIT curriculum. You must be able to teach the candidates out of the box if needed.

>> You are required to engage the candidates for peer learning and resolving the challenges...etc.,
