>> You need to supervise the staff involved in performing the functions of the assigned units.

>> You should be able to establish and maintain the essential records and files co-ordination with the local authorities on behalf of the clients.

>> You should be able to coordinate with the OEM for service obligation as per AMC and in case of breakdown of the system.

Roles and Responsibility:

1. You have to drive the planning and delivery of all facility related and administrative support services and activities at the site on a day-to-day basis.

2. You have to assign and review work of subordinates, gives instructions, maintain discipline and resolves difficult buildings and grounds maintenance and security/safety problems.

3. You have to work on innovate, suggest and implement energy management ideas.

4. You are responsible to maintain compliance with departmental security, audit procedures, and Client management policy.

5. You have to maintain essential records and files and keep Co-ordination with local authorities on behalf of Client.

6. You have to co-ordinate with Client on day-to-day activities and implements the ideas as per their requirements.

7. You have to prepare Daily, Weekly and Monthly reports for Client as per their prescribed format.

8. You have to develops] and implement ISO systems and processes to establish and maintain records for the operating unit.

9. You have to develop annual operating budget and provide fiscal direction to the unit planning and accomplish operations targets.
