Hi, I am preparing for the interview of eClinicalWorks for the post of Technical Support. I don’t know about the roles and responsibilities for this particular post. Can anyone of you let me know about this post?

Some of the major roles and responsibilities of a Technical Support in eClinicalWorks recruitment are given below.

<> You are required to maintain the highest level of soft-skills and telephone etiquettes and process expertise, technical aspects and client processes.

<> You are required to handle the cases and schedules and escalations appropriately.

<> You are responsible for following schedules and resolving the customer cases abide by the the prescribed norms.

<> You need to report to work on all the scheduled day and not taking an unplanned absenteeism.

<> You should follow and promote the company culture and it's values and visions.

<> You are required to maintain 100% quality in terms of documenting the cases with the required information. You need to share the latest technical related inputs with the team.
