Should I join HCL if working in Maintenance Project Department at CTS?
Hello
I am a new joiny at cts and working in a maintainance project. but now i also got a call from hcl. so iam in a fix that to leave cts or continue with it. Please guide me to the right direction |

As a fresher, it is not a good choice to be in the maintenance project. Scope of learning and skills to start a project will be lagged in maintenance project. So, as you got an offer from HCL, I would suggest you to go for it. But, in maintenance project also there are some things which you can learn like dealing with customers, handling tough situations and many more like that.
As you are with maintenance project for few months, I hope you gained those skills. So, now in order to have a good career, you can join HCL and get the good project experience. |
