Kindly let me know about the skills which are essentially required for attending an interview and get a job in Cognizant for the post of Service Desk Engineer Trainee. I am very much interested to join Cognizant for this post.

Require Skillset:

1. You must have excellent communication skill.

2. You must have excellent analytical and problem solving skill.

3. You must have knowledge in basic SQL and RDBMS.

4. You must have ability to learn new things quickly.

5. You should be comfortable to work in 24*7 work environment.

6. You have to be a good team player.
