i just completed my graduation in computer science stream in B.E. few months back.
now i need to know that which field has brighter future. either software tester or software developer? in which field pay scale will be more in future so that i can fulfill my dream.

Both Software Developer and Software Tester have very good scope in the modern IT sector. However, keeping in mind various criteria and modern trend, it can be said that software developer holds better scope than software tester. This is because :-

- Almost every company in IT sector as well as various other sector requires developer which is not the case in tester.
- There are more openings for software developer.
- Software developers are paid more when compared to the software tester.

If you consider future, then it can be said that software developer has a brighter future than software tester although both have very good future.
