Topics to prepare for CTS Off-campus Aptitude test? Is it difficult?


Hi,
can someone please let me know the topics
to study in the aptitude test for cts offcampus.
Will the cts off-campus be difficult?
please reply as soon as possible

CTS off-campus will not be tough. It will same as on-campus, but you need to face much competition as many members will be appearing for off-campus. But right preparation help you reach the goal.

Selection Procedure:

• Written Test
• Group Discussion
• Technical Round
• HR Interview

Written Test:

It includes questions from,

• Quantitative Aptitude
• Logical Reasoning
• Series problems
• English Comprehension
• Articles & Prepositions
• Comprehension
• Correcting Sentence
• Quantitative Aptitude
• Series Completion & Coding

Here some of the topics for Aptitude questions:

• Profit and loss
• Permutations and Combinations
• Compound Interest
• Simple Interest
• Probability
• Number Theory
• Speed and Distance
• Time and work
• Problems on Trains

Paper Written:

• Verbal - 25 questions in 25 minutes
• Analytical - 25 questions in 30 minutes
• Reasoning - 20 questions in 20 minutes

So the total number of questions is 75 and the total duration of the test is 75 minutes.

Group Discussion:

Few members are divided as a group and are given a topic to express your views. It is to test your knowledge in,

• Communication skills
• Listening skills
• Speaking ability
• Topic awareness

Technical Round:

In this round, you will be tested in technical subjects. Sometimes, you will be asked about your favourite subjects and questions will be based on that subject. Gain good knowledge on your core subjects.

Preparation Tips for Aptitude Test:

• Practice 2 to 3 topics daily
• Practice sample and previous papers
• Get updated with the technical subjects

HR Interview is to test the candidate in,

• Problem Solving skills
• Logical Reasoning
• Technical Skills
• Leadership qualities
• Stress Management
• Time bound decision taking skills

Nothing is tough. Just you need to prepare based on the syllabus, paper pattern and practice previous papers and you will be successful.

Is it enough to prepare a previous year ques for clearing aptitude rouund??
