Hi I have completed my graduation in 2011 in bsc mecs branch, due financial problem could not join and entered in BPo field, now looking change
Not sure which way to choose
Need advice

You can move from BPO to IT sector by improving your skill sets. So, you need to do some job-oriented IT courses and move to IT sector.

You can shift from BPO to the IT sector but this mainly depends on your educational background as well as your company.

You should have learned the skills and obtained the expertise required for IT sector.

Just the length of experience of BPO may not directly qualify you for the IT sector and get you jobs.

If you invest time and money to learn the software development or similar skills for the IT sectors you can definitely change the track and prosper well.

--- After completion of your graduation, you are very much eligible to apply for the BPO job.

In order to join BPO you should have good communication skills in both English and your mother tongue.
Clear voice and pronunciation should be correct if you are interested in a job that will require you to answer calls.

Similarity with western cultures or a willingness to learn and adapt to the the us/uk culture.

Strong customer support or sales or technical abilities.

Basic proficiency with computers and a familiarity with the windows environment.

A good typing speed is an asset.

You must be willing to work night shifts.

You must have at least completa High School though some companies insist on undergraduation.
