Sir/Mam,
I am a final year student presently pursing B.Tech(CSE) from MIET Meerut. Syntel is scheduled to visit in campus next month for On Campus Interview. Please tell me about the latest pattern of this interview? It will be a great help by you.

Syntel Eligibility:

You should have completed B.E / B.Tech / MCA from a recognized university or equivalent qualification. You must have secured at least 55% marks in aggregate. Those who are studying in the final year of degree course may also apply. You should not any standing arrears at the time of appearing for Syntel campus recruitment. A maximum of one year of break in studies is allowed with valid reason only.

Selection Process: Aptitude Test, Group Discussion, Techniqual Interview and HR Interview.

Aptitude Test Pattern: Verbal Ability, Logical Reasoning and Quantitative Aptitude.

The new pattern for Syntel recruitment:-

Test-Section I/Arithmetic Reasoning and Analytical Thinking
25 minutes 15 questions
Test-Section II/ Mathematical critical thinking and Logical reasoning
35 minutes 10 questions
Test Section III/Test of communicative English
35 minutes 40 questions
