I am final year Computer Engineering student. In my college for placement Syntel is coming for NO-CRITERIA after 10 days and this is first company which is to be face by me and as i have only 53.49% Aggregate so i have only this company to get placed.. So please please help me out how should i go for it and what all rounds are there.. please try to share your experience about SYNTEL if u have any....

Yes, you are eligible for Syntel recruitment.

Required percentage of marks throughout the studies for Syntel is,

Syntel= 50%

More than two years gap throughout the studies are not eligible for Syntel recruitment.

Pattern for Syntel written test:-

1. Quantitative /analytical reasoning (20 questions)
2. Verbal ability (20 questions)
3. Technical section (10questions)

Selection process for Syntel recruitment:-

3. Personal interview
