Will my placement in IBM get cancelled because of my arrear in final semester?
I have got placed in ibm. But now i have got an arrear in my final semester. I want to know what will be the affect of this arrear on my placement in IBM. Please let me know?

Yes, it may affect your employment offer from IBM. As per the policy of IBM, you cannot accept joining if you have a backlog. Hence if you have an arrear in your final semester and IBM gives you joining before clearing it, you will be rejected during the verification process at the time of joining. Hence you need to clear the backlog as soon as possible before IBM provides you the joining. Otherwise you need to request them to postpone your joining by one month or two and within that period you need to clear your backlog.
