National Law University offers integrated courses combining B.B.A and LL.B as well as B.Sc and LL.B at under graduate level and LLM /MBA programs at post graduate level. Admission fee and semester fee for UG and PG level courses is Rs. 10,000/- and Rs. 50,000/- respectively.

Security fees like Library Security, Mess Security, and Hostel Security will be refunded at the end of the course. Caution money and admission fee must be paid the time of admission only. Total fee of science students is Rs. 2000/- higher than other students, as they have to pay extra fees for laboratory operations.
