The paper of Management concepts gives the required kick start to the students of MBA of Anna University. The paper has two parts- the first part consists of objective questions and the second part has subjective questions. Part A consists of 10 questions, each of 2 marks, and part B consists of five questions, each of 16 marks. There are internal choices in this section. Questions are asked mainly from the topics like planning, decision making, organizational control, management processes, HRM, departmentation and different theories of leadership. Questions are also asked from budget and authority. These questions are set to examine the approach of the examinees to the basics of management. The questions span the entire syllabus of the paper, and students should thoroughly study each and every part of the syllabus to score good marks. Also the basic concepts of management should be very sound.
