The DOEACC ‘B’ level courses are five semester long course that are recognized by the government of India and is considered equivalent to holding an MCA degree. There are two projects that a candidate needs to complete in the ‘B’ level course. The first project is given for the ‘A’ level course and needs to be completed for the same. The second project has to be done with an approximate effort of 500 man hours. The project is evaluated for 300 marks by board of two experts that are appointed by DOEACC society. Both the projects should be chosen by the candidate and has to be approved by the DOEACC society in order to clear the examination. After the completion of this module the candidate is able to know about the working of software. This paper is of 100 marks and time allotted is 3 hours.
