University of Gujarat offers the course of M.Phil in Sociology. There are four papers under the Sociology and out of these, three are compulsory and the fourth is elective. Each of the papers has a maximum of one hundred marks. Furthermore, each of the paper has four pairs of question, out of which candidates have to attempt any one question out of each pair. Each of the questions carries a maximum of twenty five marks. The total duration for each of the question paper is three hours. Candidates should thoroughly go through their syllabus in order to secure high marks in their exam.
