The question paper of Microbiology has eight questions, while the candidate has to answer five questions. The total marks of the paper is 70, and all the questions hold equal marks. The question paper also contains objective type questions such as the name so f two scientists and their contributions to the field of microbiology, three names of animal viruses and plant viruses each, application of certain viruses in biochemical industry, different methods of identification of viruses and in vitro cultivation of viruses are important essay topics.
