The Karnataka Public Service Commission exam’s history paper is a total theory paper. Selective study might get you into trouble because two questions are compulsory in each section. But since questions in each sections are divided according to the syllabus, so by looking at the syllabus we can know that Section A and B of paper1 will be from Ancient and Medieval India respectively while Section A and B of paper2 will be from Modern India and World History. Though a bit lengthy the paper is generally easy. The maximum marks are 300 and total time allotted is 3hrs.
