Karnataka Public Service Commission- Hindi (Paper I) Papers
About examination:
Karnataka Public Service Commission exam is counted amongst the prestigious exam for the students who want to get high level of government job. This examination is a state examination. It falls under the large number of subjects. Candidates can have the option to choose the subject through which they can qualify this exam.
Examination pattern:
The Karnataka Public Service Commission exam is divided into two major sections. The appearing candidates need qualify each of three sections in order to get the final results. The first one is preliminary exams which includes objective type questions. The qualifying candidates are then taken to the main examination. Finally the candidates who qualified both prelims and mains can able to sit for personality test which is the last section of this service commission exam.
Paper pattern:
There are generally two papers in the Karnataka Public Service Commission exams like paper I and paper II. The Hindi (Paper I) paper is amongst the KPSC examination and is prescribed by the literatures related to the Indian History. The paper one is an objective type paper and questions can be asked anywhere from the syllabus. The paper includes the importance, developments and its related history. The candidates also have to keep knowledge about Khari Boli, Braj Bhasha, grammatical and Lexical features of this Hindi language. Its settlement as the Rashtra Bhasha and development of this official language are also a part of this paper. It also concludes the history related to Hindi literature. The major periods of Adi Kal, Bhakti kal, Dwivedi KAl etc are the important topics of this paper.
Full marks:
The Karnataka Public Service Commission-Hindi (Paper I) Papers carries a maximum of 300 marks.
Time allotted:
The total duration given to single candidates to solve the question is three hours.
