Environmental Policy and Legislation, being a sub-part of Environmental Education, is an extension of the environmental statutes that are formulated to protect the environment. The laws are not simple but are combinations of many international conventions and instructions. The subject teaches its students how to reduce the harmful impact of human activities on natural resources through implementation of laws and regulations. Protection, conservation and remediation are the keywords in this mission. The laws are divided into separate sections like pollution control, resource management, preservation of endangered species and other issues. The legislative and judicial areas of the syllabus enshrine those topics that are directly related to waste management, air pollution, noise pollution, water protection, soil protection and civil protection. Laws and acts are all summarised in the syllabus for reduction of vehicular emissions, agricultural and industrial wastes, technology based setbacks. General provisions and action programs are clearly spelled out in the syllabus curriculum.

How to obtain a M.Sc degree in Environmental Science?What are the basic qualifications required? Can I study your degree course via Net? I am in the field for more than 20years but I don't have the paper qualifications.
