The topics which are dealt in this paper are public awareness, sustainable life, ecosystems, biodiversity, pollution (its types, effects, method of control), sources of energy, etc.

Division of the paper:

There are two sections in this paper as Section A and Section B.

Time and marks allotted:

The total marks that could be secured in this paper is 100 and the time duration in which this paper is required to solve this question paper is of three hours.

Paper Pattern:

The question paper is divided into two parts as Section A and Section B. the total marks carries by this paper is 100. Section A of the question paper carries a total of 60 marks and Section b of the paper contains a total of 40 marks. There are total 16 questions in this paper. Section A of the paper contains a total of 16 questions out of which only 12 are required to be answered correctly. In the Section B of the question paper, there are only 5 questions and all of them are compulsory. However, some internal choices are provided in each of the questions or the convenience of the students.
