The total marks of the paper are 80 and three hours are allotted for solving. The paper is divided into two broad sections Part A contains 20 marks and Part b, which is further divided into four units contains 60 marks. The first part consists of objective type questions. In section B, there are four sections and some common questions from this section are: with the help of a suitable block diagram explain microprocessor based computer system, discuss the purpose of segment registers in real mode operation, write a note on Byte sized and Word sized data, give the purpose of PUSGA, PUSH AX, POPP and POPA, explain the function of LODS and STOS with example, write the assembly level program to add 999H and 31h using BCD arithmetic and discuss the output.
