The paper pattern of the Computer Graphics paper is one compulsory question, while the student can choose four more questions from the remaining. All questions carry 20 marks. Most questions also require diagrams. The first question is a compulsory question and some of the important topics are the working of CRT, Bresenham’s Line Drawing Alogarithm, and definition of Clipping and description of 2D co-ordinate system. Short notes on important topics such as Joy-stick, Event-handling, Sutherland-Hodgeman Polygon Clipping, and descriptions of Bezier curves and surfaces are also quite common. The questions all contain sub parts, which comprise not only theoretical questions, but also derivations and conceptual problems such as graphically plotting alogarithms, using the points given. It would be useful for students to revise all important theories and concepts of Computer graphics for this exam. Students can check the question papers of the past years and practice to get their concepts right.
