West Bengal University of Technology is referred to WBUT or UTECH, the university started on 15 January 2001. There are 209 colleges and institute affiliated under this university. Software Engineering and total quality management paper is about designing software, implementing and modifying so that it can be more affordable, faster and better quality. MCA 4th semester candidates of WBUT cover this syllabus , the main important topics of this paper is life cycle, structural system design , cost estimation, Data oriented Estimation , software quality etc. Question pattern of this paper is very simple it contain three groups A, B & C. Group A is multiple choice type question, there are total 11 questions asked out of which answer of 10 is compulsory next is Group B it is short answer type group contain 6 question and in last group C contain 5 question which is long answer type. Both groups Group A & B answer of only three is compulsory.
