Am I eligible to appear in IELTS with 40% in 10th standard?

Criteria for taking IELTS exam is, your minimum age should be atleast 16 years and you must have a valid passport. There is no criteria in the case of marks in 10th. Everyone who wishes to pursue higher studies abroad or want to work abroad can attempt the exam. However, it is better that you check what are the eligibility criteria set by the educational institution or organisation where you are applying.

You can appear for IELTS exam after 10th with 40% marks. Your command in english should be very good if you want to appear for IELTS however if you want to apply for studying abroad make sure you go through the eligibility criteria of the concerned institution.
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
