i want to give Exam again in 10th and
12th to improve my %age at Maths and science
Does ICSE allows to reexam for 1 subject ...

Reappearance in the ICSE Boarding Exams:

Yes, you can reappear in the 10th Exam to improve your percentage in math's and science. But a supplementary pass certificate will be awarded to you on successful performance in subjects which you have appeared for exams.

You can re appear for the subjects that you want to improve your score in. You can re appear subsequent to getting your pass certificate. You have mentioned you want to write the improvement exams for 10th and 12th. That is not possible. You can write the exam only for the class out of which you pass immediately. After you write the exam you will receive a supplementary pass certificate.
