i've passed HS(10 2) exam under WBCHSE
but i failed in physics(theory).
can i apply for physics in NIOS?
& can i apply for WBJEE next year?

No, you cannot apply for Physics exam through NIOS. That's because you should complete your intermediate either from WBCHSE or from NIOS. But you cannot do half intermediate from WBCHSE and half from NIOS.
If you want, you can clear your intermediate from NIOS by appearing for all intermediate exams. But, it will be a difficult task for you. So, it is better to apply for physics supplementary exam, Which will be conducted in the next year.
And you can also apply for WBJEE next year. But, you should clear intermediate, by the time of WBJEE counselling.

will i get any college admission with wbchse certifictar

Is wbchse certificate is valid for any other college of state or country?
