I am failed in 11th class from CBSE Board. Can I fill private form to study 12th class for this academic year by skipping class 11th? Please reply as soon as possible.

You can only take admission in open school. In regular schools you cannot get admission without passing class 11th.

I suggest you to take admission in NIOS board that is National Institution of Open School. In this board there is no need for you to attend the regular classe.
