Sir/Madam, I passed my 10th from Himachal Pradesh Board around 12 years ago. I want to continue my study now. Can I get admission in an Intermediate Science course now because I am willing to study Science in my Intermediate?

Gap year is no bar to pursue std 12th after 10th.

Candidates passed 10th from a recognised board are eligible to get admission in any recognised for higher secondary.

Yes, you can definitely go for intermediate degree course having completed your Class 10th even 12 years ago as for pursuing intermediate degree course all that is required is Class 10th gap after Class 10th does not really matters as far as the admission to intermediate degree course is concerned.

There is no age limit to study intermediate science but there will be some difficulties as you will not be able to get admission in a recognised school or college
The only option for you is to to register in NIOS which is an open school and you have to study on your own and give the exam privately
