If a 10th pass student wish to become a very good programmer someday what should be his approach after 10th? Please someone detail a plan.

To become a good programmer, you should learn some programming languages like C, Java, C++, .Net, etc. And you cannot work as a programmer, only by learning these languages, because to work in software sector, you should have minimum qualification in Computer or IT related fields. So, You should complete intermediate with PCM subjects and after the completion of 12th standard, you should join in Bachelors courses like B.Tech(CSE or IT). After completing this course, you can search for job in IT sector.

Yes, class 10th Student can also become a programmer, what he need to be is the passion to understand the programming World. if he has Passion and little bit interest in Programming then he can be a good Pro Programmer. After completing his 12th, he must take admission in any engineering college with CSE or IT as a Stream to study.
