AIPMT stands for All India Pre Medical Test. This examination is Conducted by CBSE every year.

Candidates who have completed 12th standard with above 50% marks are eligible for AIPMT exam but your 12th standard subject should be Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English. For SC/ST candidate this percentage is reduced to 40%.

Your age should be in between 17 to 26 years. No age relaxation provided for reserved category candidates.

AIPMT is an Entrance Test for selection of candidates for admission to MBBS/BDS courses under 15% All India Quota seats in Government Medical/Dental colleges of India except in the States of Andhra Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir and Telangana. Candidates who have completed 12th standard examination with an aggregate of 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology (Bio-Technology) subjects and who have passed English in the Qualifying Examination from a recognised Board are eligible to appear in AIPMT examination.
