Hello sir/madam i am Drashana. i want to become air hostess
please help me tell what i should do after 10th To become air hostess?????

First of all complete your class 12th with good marks and make sure you have good English skills and knowledge of a foreign language will be an added advantage.

You can join any Air Hostess academy after class 12th and then gain some sound skills so that major airlines don't have any problem in recruiting you. Good candidates don't have problem in getting a job.

To become an Air Hostess, one must complete a Bachelor Degree or its equivalent qualification related to Air Hostess specialization. Being 10th standard student it's not possible for you to pursue for Bachelor or Diploma course in Air Hostess Training. You need to complete 12th standard or its equivalent qualification to be eligible for Air Hostess Training course. Those who completed their 12th standard with 50% of marks are eligible to apply for the courses such as,

- B.Sc( Airhostess training)
- Diploma in Air Hostess Training
- Diploma in Aviation and Hospitality Management
- Diploma in Aviation Hospitality and Travel Management

The selection wil be based on, Initial Screening test, Written Examination and Group Discussion/Peronal Interview.

Physical Standard:

- The candidate must be not more than 25 years.
- The candidate height should be minimum 154.5 to 157.5 cm
- The candidate should be Unmarried.
- The canidate eyesight should be 6/24 in each eye

In order to become an Airhostess, first of all you need to complete your 12th level of education from a recognized board and after the completion of your 12th class, you will have to appear for interview sessions conducted by various airlines.

You should however keep yourself updated regarding various interview session conducted as and when by various airlines and appear for them as soon as any notification is released.
