How to become a Police Commissioner for Maharashtra Board 12th Commerce student?


I want to become a Police Commissioner. Right now, I am studying in 12th standard with Commerce stream in Maharashtra Board. But after completing my 12th, kindly let me know how I can become a Police Commissioner? Please help me to know about this asap. Thank you!

Steps to became a police Commissioner:-
1) You would need to pursue at least a bachelor degree with minimum 55% marks.
2)After completing the degree, had to give Indian Civil Services Examination.
3)After qualifying the examination, you have to face the Interview
4)If selected, will be able to pursue 2 years training.

If passed with high score then will be appointed as the Police Commissioner .

To become commissioner you have to appear and qualify in the MPSC or UPSC examination.

The minimum required qualification is that :-

Candidate must have passed bachelor degree from a recognised university.

The age limit varies for the examination.

Examination is conducted in various stages. So, you have to appear and qualify in the examination for final selection.

As per the eligibility criteria,

1)You must be a Graduate from a recognized university with minimum 55% marks.
2)It is mandatory to give competitive examinations like, UPSC or state level civil service examination.
3)Your age should not be less than 21 years and should not be more than 32.

The rank offered to will completely depend on your performance in the competitive examination as well as in training.

The minimum required qualification is bachelor degree in any discipline to appear for the examination and have to appear and qualify in all stages for final selection.

The age limit varies for the examination. You will have to appear and qualify in the examination for admission in the course.

To become a police commissioner you need to join the Indian Police service (IPS).

Firstly, you have to sit for the Indian Civil Services Examination. Then after 2 year training period you will be posted to a respective state.

After passing out you will be joining in the rank of Deputy Superintendent of Police or Assistant Commissioner of Police.

To reach the rank of Commissioner you need to go through 7 positions.

In order to become a Police Commissioner, first of all you have to completed your 12th class. After 12th , you should obtain a bachelor's degree in any discipline from any recognized university. After graduation, you will need to appear in and qualify the Indian Civil Services Exam (ICS) conducted by UPSC. After clearing ICS exam, you will be join as Assistant Police Commissioner under any State Government.. Then you will be reach to the position of Police Commissioner.

You are not eligible to appear for MPSC or UPSC examination after 12th qualification.

The minimum required qualification to appear in examination conducted for selection as Police Commissioner is that candidate must have passed bachelor degree in any discipline.

The age limit varies with examination. The examination is conducted in various stages and only after qualifying in each stage. Candidates will become eligible for final selection.

Just having maximum qualification of 12th, you are not eligible to appear for the examination for recruitment as police commissioner.

The minimum required qualification is bachelor degree in any discipline. So, you have to pursue bachelor degree to become eligible to appear in examination.

Candidates with bachelor degree qualification are eligible to appear for PSC and UPSC examination.

To become Police Commissioner in State Police Service you have to appear and qualify in MPSC.

The examination is conducted in three stages. The common eligibility to appear for the examination is that candidate must have passed bachelor degree in any discipline.

The age limit is 19-33 years. Examination is conducted in three stages. So, you have to do hard work to qualify in the examination. For more information visit at www.mpsc.gov.in.
