How can I get promotion in 10th standard if failed in 2 subjects of 9th Manipur Board?

Hello Sir, I am failed in 2 subject of 9th standard. I am a student of Manipur Board. I don't want to repeat 9th and I want to get promotion in 10th standard. Please tell me how can I do this? Kindly help me in this regard.
